Location – Brussels
Function Description: You will be responsible for handling and improve the processing of transferred activities of incorrect request. Following activities are part of this function:
- Analyse incoming requests from internal clients on content, sender, frequency, complexity and propose improvement actions
- Report on analysis
- Handle mailbox
- Elaborate new process to treat mailbox
- Elaborate FAC
- Define lessons learned for next waves
- Contact with stakeholders
- Support colleagues from the operation teams and back up for some specific activities.
Languages: French Fluent, Dutch Fluent, English Fluent
Experience: 2 years, Junior profile
Mandatory Technical Experience: MS Office
Preferable: Process, Operations, Knowledge of Payments
