Business Analyst level 2

Our team is responsible for the Product management related to the payables and receivables. Our responsibilities covers the following aspects:

• Define the product vision with the key stakeholders
• Define and mobilize the means to complete the Product/offer vision (plan, budget, people, stakeholders, governance)
• Coordinate the “demand to delivery process” based on the business value management

• Business needs identification
• Business needs analysis
• Bridging the needs of the business with the use of IS
• Acting as the interface between the product team and the teams to be mobilised for the realisation of the project(s)
• Risk, quality and issue management
• Marketing and Sales support

Principal responsibilities:

• Support towards Sales team for the commercialisation of the offer VAN and VAM
• Ensure the set up of the offering/set up for different entities of the Group
• Redaction and management of the Requirements and communication and ensure good understanding of business’ needs
• Comprehension of the entities roadmap and delivery planning
• Liaison between all stakeholders & guarantee customer satisfaction

• Bachelor or master degree – at least 5 years of relevant experience

• Proven skills as a business analyst & experience to function in project driven environments. Capable to speak to IT, Ops and business people.
