Location – Brussels
Context: Within the Direct Sales department of Retail & Private Banking, the Campaign Management department is responsible for all commercial campaigns towards our clients via the different distribution channels. The Campaign Management Direct Sales team, is more specifically responsible for the direct sales and the digital equipment of our customers.
1. We convince our customers of the added value and the easiness of our digital channels (equipment)
2. We offer a permanently optimised customer experience via our direct channels
Function Description:

End-to-end responsible for digital equipment of our customers:
  • Close monitoring of equipment rate and proactively take initiatives to increase digital equipment
  • Test new campaign concepts to continuously optimize the campaign results within a test & learn approach
  • Set-up new equipment campaigns
  • Campaign reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders
  • Optimize customer experience throughout the online sales funnel

Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in digital campaigning

Languages: French  & Dutch Fluent, English Optional

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience within digital marketing/campaigning

Business experience: Digital marketing & campaigning; Project management.
