Function description: As process officer, you are responsible for supporting the different actors in the change process relating to the credit landscape. Your responsibilities include the following activities:
- Adopt a coordinating role and support in process changes related to credit, and foresee the necessary change management.

Assume, as process responsible, the responsibility for the identification, development and specification of process improvements within the end-to-end horizon, and to ensure that stakeholders support and endorse the proposed solution.

Define the As Is and To Be processes.

Detecting and documenting potential improvements.

Participating in the Customer Experience Design. Integrate the “outside in” processes and swim lanes in the business needs analysis.

Ensure the timetable, the scope and quality for the delivery of process deliverables.

Align with all participants and experts associated with the project for the Process dimension, while improving their outputs and ensuring their accuracy.

Work on the principles of existing methodology for project management, process management (BPM / ARIS) and business analysis.

Create and maintain documentation of the concerned processes.

Using your experience (processes, projects and credits), support colleagues within the team.
Education: Bachelor/Master or e quivalent by experience
Languages Requirement: Fluent in Dutch & French, Good in English
Experience: + 5 years of experience
Similar experience in terms of process, project & change management
Written Communication experience
Preferable: BPM (Business Process Management) certification is an asset
Experience with a workflow tool (ARIS Express, Visio) is a plus
