Context: Our project is part of IT Global Market Business Services & Solutions (BSS). The mission of BSS is to be the entry point for IT functional support and projects for all customers in Global Markets Belgium, from Front to
Middle and Back Office (FO, MO and BO). Our project is a BI platform dedicated to Sales and is used as a deals
repository. Using a SharePoint frontend and SQL Server as database and ETL, the solution is a reporting as well as an analysis tool allowing users to monitor results and detect new opportunities. The project team is composed of various profiles all having their own area of expertise but being also able, to some extent, to cover each other’s work aspect.
Function Description:
Your primary responsibility will be to analyse and develop our new challenges for 2017. This end-to-end process includes the fundamental understanding of the information and how to best leverage it, as well as designing the technical solution and putting it in place.
Education: Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience in IT.
Languages: French Fluent , Dutch Good, English Fluent.
Experience: At least 10 Years in Business Intelligence projects, and at least 5 Years in Business Analysis.
Mandatory Technical Experience:

Function Description: Data Protection Risk Advisor is hence sought to:
•Deploy the Data Privacy Control framework: running the level 1 controls by collecting the evidences, assessing them and documenting the control results (detailed and aggregated reporting);
•Based on the above, identify the risks, define the mitigation actions and support the risk mitigation process
(global risk mitigation roadmap follow-up);
•Deliver data privacy risk assessment services, specifically Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).
•Process documentation and supporting material (tooling, templates, training) for Data Protection and Privacy processes.
Education: Master or equivalent by experience
Language: Native or fluent either in French or Dutch; Fluent in English.
(The candidate must be able to write documents and have interactive meetings in the tree languages: French
or Dutch and English).
Experience:
At least 8 - 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office programs;
Archer eGRC tool; SharePoint; Process definition and writing (i.e. Aris).
Risk Assessment experience;
Control experience (i.e. compliance / audit);
Change Management;
Excellent reporting skills (also towards senior management)
Global awareness of Data protection (information security) and privacy principles
Experience working in cross-functional departments and teams.
Excellent analytical skills;
Solid experience in Business/functional Analysis in an enterprise environment
