Mission context The architecture department upgrades its current sharepoint sites to Office 365.
In this context, we need to migrate site, improve their structure, keep knowledge of past artifacts and drive the change management in all architecture sub-teams (scattered around the org)
Function  description Under the lead of the Architecture Process Owner
– Set up, roll-out and embed office 365 to help a team of 80 IT architects to improve their digital collaboration (both between architects and with internal customers)
– Help the architecture team to get value out of the migration by
– redesigning sharepoint sites when appropriate, streamlining the architecture committee’s registration and validation
– avoiding broken links as much as possible
– improve, via sharepoint, the architecture governance (arc committee preparation, agenda setting, content upload, record validation, record actions to be followed up, ….)

Additionnaly, via Sharepoint or Teams
– Setup workgroup / discussion forums tools for data sharing and collaboration (e.g. for people preparing an RFI, others working on a reference architecture, and still others preparing a training slidedeck for newcomers)

Language requirements Dutch Fluent in French or Dutch
French Fluent in Dutch or French
English Good working knowledge – all meetings and documentation will be in English
Education IT
Telework 2 days per week onsite, 3 days homeworking
Required experience / knowledge At least 3 years of relevant (sharepoint) experience
Technical experience mandatory Expertise in Sharepoint 365
Expertise in MS-Teams
Able to connect improve collaboration with javascript when appropriate
Soft skills Able to drive the change management of a community of 80+ technical persons
(demo, workshops, appropriate balance between flexibility and making progress)
