Function description:
  • Marketing – vision & strategy – insure consistency of the CM message & leverage a transversal CM marketing approach – Alignment & follow up of global marketing initiatives to raise CM awareness & knowledge
  • Internal communication & Echonet : management & optimisation of CMCC internal communication to insure visibility, consistency, branding and accessibility of content for our stakeholders
  • Marketing Support & Materials (internal clients-Product & Sales managers)-from briefing to execution of the stories in all marketing supports
  • Branding & creative production support optimisation. Implement the group branding guidelines & renew the CM visual identity-decline the CM storyline into concrete stories appropriate to each supports. Editorial guidelines consistency
  • CM Digital strategy: lead and coordination on digital marketing & communication initiatives : CM website, Sepa Website , Atlas, Currency guides (not in scope-transactional initiatives) : analysis, solutions & technical development, follow up, content integration & full content management for the CM website, reporting, security screening, hosting, promotion plans – SEO/SEA
  • Your role will be to watch over and embed current and future marketing activities in our Cash Management value proposition and our way of working, in collaboration with internal stakeholders. We expect you to manage the global roadmap and deliver support materials in line with the strategy.
-Strategic work to create and follow the marketing roadmap with product managers for the global CM offer ( PLO, D2P, Liquidity Management, Ecommerce…)
-Deliver and implement the dedicated support need to package the offer end2end process.
This with a continuous focus on treasurer/client needs and market evolutions and the objective to deliver value for the client and support to our sales and product team.
Education: Bachelor/Master in Marketing/Communication
Language: fluent in French & English, Dutch a plus
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience–B2B sector
Knowledge of Marketing & Communication
Ability to create impactful Powerpoint presentation.
Experience in large organisation & keen to work with international scope
Project management & strategic skills
Experience in large organisation & keen to work with international scope
Preferable: understanding of sales needs & Experience in financial sector.
